http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/The Blackberry DeskTop Manager will convert and optimize videos for your Blackberry.  This software is only available for pc, not macs.  My Blackberry software for my macbook is not so good.  I use the BlackBerry DeskTop Manager to manage my media on my Blackberry.  I believe it also has an iTunes option, but I haven’t tried that. scott mcteer

I installed a 16GB Media Card in my Blackberry.  Fry’s Electronics for $30.00. I recommend Blackberry DeskTop Manager for your pc.  It converts video and optimizes it for your BB when you upload it.  scott mcteer
