Running up hills is a total-body workout.  It’s what I call “cardio-muscular” exercise.  Use your arms like you’re pulling on a rope.  Walk down hills at an angle since running down hills is tough on the knees. (Unless you’re in a race.)scott mcteer, www.ybyl.comscott@ybyl.com
