You can have a great fitness ball program training 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week!  With 168 hours in a week, this is less than 2% of your total time!  Given the amazing benefits of functional fitness, not exercising is rarely a result of not “having time” and is usually a result of not making fitness a priority and embracing it in our daily lives.  I want U 2 embrace the fitness ball in your daily life.  At least sit on it an hour a day.Fitness Ball Training 4 Tennis Videos  Fitness Ball Training 4 Tennis Videos
